"Be yourself; everyone  else is already taken."

Oscar Wilde

In the mists of Ireland’s ancient past, the seanchaí was the traditional storyteller of the clan, reviling tales of Ireland’s myths and legends with stories of pagan gods, warriors and heroes. That tradition continues today with the Irish tour guide, the modern day seanchaí. Join me on a journey through Ireland’s glorious history. Hear how the Irish came to this wild and rugged island on the western fringe of Europe, the story of the Irish, our myths and legends, bloody battles and our fight for freedom! I not only want to educate you about Ireland, but entertain you along the way! The story of Ireland is one of conquest, war, famine, heartbreak, emigration and a burning desire! Let me be your guide to show this off to you!
“Go n-éirí an bóthar leat”
“May the road rise to meet you”
“During our trip there and back Conor provided very in depth detail on Irish history, folklore, and mythology”. Tamara, USA.
“I just completed the 5 day Celtic rocker with our guide Conor, who was fantastic! Had a real passion for history and enjoyed sharing his knowledge.

Covered a lot of area, Dingle Peninsula, Aran Islands, Galway, Ennis and Killarney but at a great pace that let you enjoy the area. Large tour group of 39 but Conor organised dinners/outings at night so you got to know everyone”. Laura, New Zealand.
“I had an amazing on the 3 day your of Ireland ,one of the best parts of the trip was our tour guide Conor. He always had fun stories and jokes for us and he was so educated on everything related to Ireland. I hope to have a guide like Conor next time I take a tour like this. He showed us great views and had a fact for each location”. Seyon, Canada.
“Our guide Conor was fantastic, loved all the stories and Irish music that filled our bus as we went place to place. He really looked after us especially when we had issues or were wanting to do our own thing for a bit”. Megan, Australia.
“Our guide Conor was AWESOME and wouldn't have wanted any other guide! He kept things fun and always interesting along the way. He has a wealth of knowledge and his pride for his country really shines through. I loved that we got to cover the main tourist attractions (Blarney/ Killarney/ Cliffs) but also loved the hidden gems that we stopped at along the way. These are what really made the trip worthwhile-- stops that I would have never known about without taking the tour”. Melissa, USA.

Also, the lesser known sites such as the Hill of Slane, Hill of Skryne and Bective Abbey), Wicklow and Glendalough, other parts of Ireland’s Ancient East, the Wild Atlantic Way and Northern Ireland.
I can also offer Viking and Medieval walking tours of Dublin, Prehistoric Ireland tours (Stone Age, Bronze Age and Iron Age), Early Christian Ireland tours, Medieval tours (Castles and Conquests as I like to call it), 16th and 17th century Ireland, Irish Military Tours (Mythological Ireland, Viking Age, the Battle of Clontarf, the Norman Invasion, the Bruce Wars, Irish rebellions, the Confederate Wars, the Williamite Wars, the 1798 Rebellion, the 1916 Easter Rising, the War of Independence and the Civil War).
